This is your chance to join a leading company producing OEM equipment for global brands and working on diverse third-party design projects across the UK and Europe.

🔹 Role: Mechanical Design Engineer
📍 Location: Halifax HX2 (On-site)
💰 Salary: £30,000+ (DOE)
🕒 Hours: 4-day working week (Monday – Thursday, 36 hours)

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions
✅ Create 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
✅ Work on new and existing projects from concept to production
✅ Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with ISO standards
✅ Liaise with suppliers and multi-disciplinary teams to source the right materials
✅ Develop and maintain manuals, technical bulletins, and BOM configurations

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Degree / HND in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
✔️ 2+ years of engineering design experience
✔️ Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
✔️ Knowledge of machining methods, sheet metal design, and drive systems
✔️ A creative, detail-oriented, and commercially minded problem-solver
