Lead Structural Engineer

Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Structural Engineer to join a growing engineering consultancy based in Warrington.

This role is suited to an experienced Senior or Principal Structural Engineer looking to take the next step in their career by leading structural design delivery, supporting junior engineers, and working closely with clients and project teams.

You will be responsible for delivering technically challenging projects across a range of sectors, providing technical leadership, ensuring design quality, and contributing to the continued growth of the consultancy.

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• Strong experience within structural engineering consultancy.
• Excellent knowledge of Eurocodes and UK design standards.
• Experience leading structural design projects from concept through to completion.
• Ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
• Experience managing client relationships and liaising with project stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of structural materials and building types.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and provide technical leadership.
