Our client is a well-established and growing structural and civil engineering consultancy operating from multiple UK offices. They deliver high-profile commercial and residential projects including new builds, refurbishments, and extensions, working with a strong mix of private clients and long-standing national accounts.

They are looking for a driven and ambitious Civil Engineer to join their team, take ownership of projects, and grow with the business long term.

Responsibilities include designing foul and surface water drainage systems, producing Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Statements and Service Strategy Reports, preparing AutoCAD drawings from concept through to construction, and managing highway and drainage agreements including S.278, S.38, S.104, and S.185. You'll also contribute to SUDS design and support junior team members with technical work and report writing.

About the Candidate

• Degree in civil engineering or related discipline plus 5+ years' experience
• Strong background in Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Statements
• Proficient in Microdrainage and AutoCAD
• Familiar with highway and drainage statutory agreements
• SUDS design experience from concept to implementation
• Some exposure to AutoTrack and ground modelling software beneficial
• Confident leading and mentoring junior engineers
