Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 / Per Annum + overtime

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of commercial installations including boilers, pumps, and pressurization units.
• Service and maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, Warm Air Heating, Radiant Tube Heaters, and other HVAC equipment.
• Safety testing/inspection of installations with prompt reporting for remedial works.
• Fault finding for swift customer repairs.
• Small plumbing works and minor domestic tasks.
• Timely completion of relevant paperwork.
